I recently used 1st Response for a due diligence home inspection. Lavonnia and Kevin performed a very thorough and detailed job, including the report sent to me. In the report were pictures and notes from all work inspected at the home. Mrs. Lavania and her son Kevin, was very thorough with her inspection of our new home. She explained everything to us from start to finish. When she came across some issues for the builder to correct, she explained them to us in depth so that we could understand them. My husband and I was very pleased with our first inspection.
